The record is writtend as "Marianne", but she signed her name as "Mary Ann", daughter of Edward Clarke and Harriet Hammond, in Jan 1845 in All Saints, Wetheringsett Cum Brockford, Suffolk, England.4 James's death was registered in the Mar 1874 quarter in the Hartismere registration district.5 He was buried on 3 Mar 1874 in All Saints, Wetheringsett Cum Brockford, Suffolk, England.6
