Licenced for the Sale of Beer and Spitits, situate in the parish of Kenton, and abutting upon the Road from Framlingham to Eye, and at the juntion of the road from Debenham, which is 2 1/2 miles distant. The House is brick and stud and plaster-built with pantiled roof, and has Tap Room, 15ft. by 12 ft. 6 in.; Small Bar; Beer Store Sitting room, 16ft. by 12ft.; Kitchen, with sink, copper, and oven; Pantry; Four Bedrooms and lumber room.

A Yard, in which are brick and pantiled Stabling and Cart and Store Sheds abutting upon the road, also Coal Shed and Outhouse; and Garden. The Property is numbered 127 on the Ordnance Map, and has an Area thereby of 1 Rood 11 Poles. Copyhold of the Manor of Debenham Butley. Quit Rent, 6d. Land Tax, £1 7s. 0d. Now let to Mr. E. J. Capon from 6th July 87 on a yearly tenancy in writing at £15 per Annum, payable quarterly. The Tenant claims the Fittings and Buildings in the Garden.
