Helmingham War Memorial

This memorial honours the local men who served in the Great War and WWII.
The Helmingham War Memorial was unveiled on 26th June 1920 and was attended by Major The Hon. Denis Tollemache It was dedicated by the Rev. Canon C D Lawrence. It is sited inside the Church of St. Mary, the Parish Church.
It is described as a "Black marble tablet with grey marble frame, text in three columns of text with Union flag top of left column". It was made by Mr. Philip A Groom (Mason) and is of Black Marble and measures 457mm High by 1828mm Wide.
The PCC is responsible for this memorial.
