1732Charles was named an Heir in the Will of Jane Garneys dated 1732, WM;

Will of Jane ®ant£g3, 1752.
Jane Garneys of Aspall in the county of Suffolk, widow, 24th March 1730. I appoint my daughter Jane Chevallier sole executrix of this will. I give unto Charles Garneys, eldest son of my son Wentworth John Garneys, all my lands in Bedingfield. Unto my daughter Jane Chevallier certain mesuages in Bedingfield and Eye, with remainder, should she decease without surviving issue, to Clement Chevallier mv son in law, and to his heirs for ever. Proved in the Bishop’s Court at Norwich, 9th March, 1732.

By his will (Arch. Suff.), dated 1691, Nathaniel Garneys of Kenton, the husband of the testatrix, directed that his lands in Bealings and Hasketon should be sold if his widow, assisted by her father Mr. Jefferies, could not pay his debts. This will probably account for the diminished estate of his descendants. His messuage in Wetheringset he devised to Wentworth John Garneys, his son and heir.2
