     Robert Arthur Wightman was born on 7 Apr 1864.3 He was the son of Robert Wightman and Eliza Offord Stannard.2 His birth was registered in the Jun 1864 quarter in the Hartismere registration district.2 Robert Arthur Wightman was baptized on 30 Sep 1865 in St. Mary Magdalene, Thornham Magna, Suffolk, England.3 The marriage of Robert Arthur Wightman and Alice Barker was registered in the Sep 1894 quarter in the Depwade registration district.4 The marriage of Robert Arthur Wightman and Kate Eliza Larkins was registered in the Mar 1909 quarter in the Southwark registration district.5 On 27 Mar 1909, Robert Arthur Wightman was living at Thornham Magna, Suffolk, England.6 He married Kate Eliza Larkins, daughter of Jeremiah Larkins and Ann Catherine Holmes, on 27 Mar 1909 in St. Paul, Lorrimore Square, Southwark, London, England. Witnesses were Mabel Minnie Larkins A further Witness was Walter Edward Holmes.6 Robert Arthur Wightman died on 10 Oct 1925 in Ipswich, Suffolk, England, at age 61.7 His estate was probated on 16 Nov 1925 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, England; Effects £300 8s. 1d.7 Robert's death was registered in the Dec 1925 quarter in the Ipswich registration district.8
